Shipping policy

Our warehouse is located in United States. Most items are shipped from our warehouse in California. We ship by DHL/USPS to United States of America and Canada. Please allow processing time maximum 3 business days and customers may receive items within 4-9 business days after processing time. Please keep in mind that the tracking number that has been assigned to your package may not have been scanned by the shipping carrier yet. Please wait until 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time the following day to track all packages after allowing for it to process. FashionOutfit cannot be responsible for any delays caused by signature requirements or adverse weather conditions. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday.
